Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within South Africa only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Fees

• Standard delivery: R129

• Free shipping on orders over R1500

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Age Verification

In compliance with South African law, we do not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. You may be required to present a valid ID upon delivery. If age cannot be verified, the order will not be delivered and may be returned to us.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email or SMS.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (alcohol), we unfortunately do not accept returns unless:

• The item is damaged upon delivery

• You received the wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing jacques@conspiracysa.co.za with clear photos and your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll notify you once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
