Darwin's Secret is a curious twist on tradition... A smooth, dry gin infused with butterfly pea flower, giving it a rich indigo hue that transforms to soft pink with the addition of tonic/citrus. Distilled with a clean juniper backbone and gentle floral notes, it’s as enchanting in flavour as it is in colour. Garnish with edible flowers & cucumber, or a slice of grapefruit. **DISCLAIMER: Our products are infused with fresh and dried botanicals.
